Internist needed in Dallas suburb

Position:
Dallas Suburb only 15 minutes from Downtown.
Strictly outpatient practice. Solo Practitioner with 3 NPs. Expanding.
Very light call schedule only when main physician is out of town.
Mostly adult and geriatric patients
A lot of Autonomy and great support staff available!
They also do clinical research.

Requirements:
B/E or B/C
Texas licensed
Must be comfortable with chronic medical conditions.
Must have Outpatient experience

Salary and Benefits:
Employed position for 3 years and open to profit sharing after 3 years(NP is also on profit sharing for 8 years- base salary plus  % of what they earn)
Starting 235K out of Residency and 5 or more years experience will start at 300k
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, short term and long term
