This candidate is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who is very comfortable with all forms of interventional pain procedures (cervical/lumbar epidurals, cervical/lumbar medical branch blocks, and radiofrequency, Transforaminal epidurals, sacroiliac joint injections, Genicular nerve blocks, and radiofrequency, intra-articular shoulder/hip/knee injections. Also, all forms of anesthesia (general, regional, MAC, OB)
He holds an active license in several states, but KY & IN would be ideal locations. He does not have a DEA for either state.
