Per Candidate: I am Board certified in Anesthesiology, Fellowship trained and Board certified in Pain Medicine, and Board certified in Addiction Medicine. I have been practicing Chronic Pain Medicine since 1999: 12 years in St. Louis University after graduation, and more than 12 years in Florida – University of Florida Jacksonville. I am proficient in most all interventional pain procedures, including but not limited to SCS trials and implants, intrathecal pump trials and implants, discography, and most of the ‘routine’ pain management procedures. In addition, I do take care of a limited number of patients on chronic opioid therapy, cancer patients, post-stroke patients, to name a few categories.
