  • Performed over 4,000 interventional spine procedures

  • Extensive experience with workers’ comp and LOP cases

  • Advocate Christ Medical Center, Family Medicine Residency, 2015

  • MacNeal Hospital, Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine and Orthopedics  (program in conjunction with University of Chicago and Rush University), 2016 – Board Certified 2017

  • Alabama Orthopedic Spine and Sports, Fellowship in Interventional Spine and Pain Management, 2018

  • Board Eligible as of 3/19. *Due to COVID, the exam has been postponed until October*

  • Certifications: Sports Medicine CAQ – 2017. Family Medicine (AOBFM), 2015. ACLS, BLS Certified. National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. Basic Disaster Life Support (BDLS)
