• Average patient office visits daily: 18
• Overhead rate to practice: 53 %
• Collection rate to practice: 56%
• Patient Payor Mix: Depends on offices – 4 outpatient offices
• Call coverage arrangements: share. 10-12 days per month
• Research opportunities available
• Partnership opportunity after 1 year
• Salary Amount $220K-230K
• Sign on/relocation -negotiable • CME -3 days 1500
