Currently, working on a moonlighting basis in a stand-alone ER / Critical Access facility as a sole provider in a remote area with minimal subspecialty back up. Frequent traumatic, orthopedic & pediatric encounters. Airway management w/o respiratory therapist support & medical dosing w/o pharmacy during nights.

Previously: Just completed a 6+ month assignment working in a 20 bed ER -25k visits/year. facility. Sole provider on the night shift. Oversaw multiple ER extender physicians on day shift. Patient population w/multiple co-morbidities & complicated history.

Worked for a few months on a moonlighting basis in NY at a Level 2 trauma, 100,000+ ER visits/year. 40 + acute care beds including ER critical care monitoring unit. Broad range of demographics, pathology, urban socioeconomic challenges.

STATS:
Board Certified Internal Medicine, but loves ER medicine. Formally-trained in critical care with extensive acute care & procedural experience.
Thoroughly enjoys true emergencies and staying busy.
Very sharp candidate who enjoys technology and is very computer savvy
Holds active & unrestricted licenses in Pennsylvania, New York, Florida and Alabama
Clean Databank – No Malpractice history
ATLS, ACLS, PALS, & BLS Certified
