We are representing a Physician who is available to work in Urgent Care, Primary Care, Occupational Medicine or Preventive Medicine.

This provider has recently completed a locum’s assignment in an occupational setting and is available starting immediately. Will entertain Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care or Primary Care options. Available to work on a part-time, locum’s or locum’s to perm basis.

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

• Holds active & unrestricted DEA along with a SC, NY, NJ and CA License
• Clean Databank and No Mphx
• Board Certified Preventive Medicine in Aerospace Medicine
• Board Certified Occupational Medicine
• Has 7+ years of UC experience
• US Citizen
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, Certified
• DOT Medical Examiner, FAA Aviation Medical Examiner, Radiation Health Examiner
• US Army Medical Review Officer, Flight Surgeon, US Army Space Cadre
• Very personable and a team player
