Family Medicine Locum Assignment in Buford

This practice is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician who is available to work this locum assignment.

Location: Suwanee | Buford, GA. area (close to the Mall of GA) – candidates must be within commuting distance.

When: Dec. 27th, 29th, 2021 and January 3rd, 2022.

Hours: 8AM-5PM.

Census: 15-25 patients per day.

EMR: Established.

Requirements: Candidates must have an unrestricted DEA & GA License, Clean databank and no significant malpractice history.
