Hiring Family Medicine Physician for Locums in Arizona

We are hiring a family or internal medicine physician for a locum position in Chinle, Arizona. We are seeking a Board Certified physician interested in an assignment with our client in the Indian Health Service there.

Duration: August 2 thru December 31, 2021

Compensation: $120/hr.

Position: Outpatient only, No call and no weekends

Requirements: Provider MUST have any state license that is active & non-restricted, a current DEA, ACLS and BLS. Must be able to complete credentialing asap to be able to start by Aug. 2nd! Providers MUST meet ALL requirements and be able to commit for the full term of the assignment to be considered*
