Newly constructed Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Department
Earliest Start date – December 2022

1 surgery room
Steris scope washer and 2 dryers with Olympus Hookups. Suggested Scope model: PCF180. Olympus scopes to be determined at preference of physician
Anesthesiologist provider currently credentialing
Community has 2 physician practices to serve as referral source for GI Services
Potential for outreach of unserved population who elect not to travel out of town

GI Physician to perform only out patient services. Clinical office hours for medical services / assessments in current physician office space on campus is available
Initial start up to include preventive and diagnostic endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. Frequency of procedures to be determined by volume. No inpatient services or call coverage required other than follow-up after outpatient service
If established practice and Health facility is a satellite location, further assessment and procedures to be performed at larger tertiary facility
