GENERAL OR BODY IMAGING RADIOLOGIST JOB IN OHIO – NEW GRADS APPLY!
We have a General or Body Imaging Radiologist job for a physician who is seeking a great opportunity in Ohio! 2022 & 2023 grads are welcome to apply. Radiologists must be able to read everything! Group had 1 full-time physician retire this past July and another physician who worked part-time retired this past August. In addition, they have 5 new imaging centers (a partner of theirs) who want them to read for them starting this summer……..so a lot of new business as well!
PRACTICE (YRS):
We are looking to hire a General Radiologist and General/Body Imaging Rad in 2020 & 2021. New grads and experienced physicians may apply. PRACTICE STRUCTURE: Group Employed. One year Partnership track with a first-year competitive salary.
PRACTICE DATA:
The daily volume range expected for each radiologist to read is 90-110 per day; Cover a small hospital that is located about 20 minutes away and another hospital located about 30 minutes away from the main hospital. The main hospital also has an imaging center for its staff. Also, the new business developed in 2019 – 35 minutes from the main hospital and replacing a retiring radiologist.
PROCEDURES:
PICC lines, temporary dialysis cath, abscess drainage, Thora, para, CT, fluoro and US-guided needle bx, joint injections, lumbar puncture.
GROUP:
The group is very democratic and equalizes everything. We have been here since 1946. We have a great relationship with our hospital administrations and medical staff. We are a group of 13 Rads and participate on hospital committees, hospital fundraisers and community events.
COMMUNITY:
Our practice is located in Ohio between Cleveland and Toledo on the shores of Lake Erie plus the roller coaster capital of Sandusky Ohio is only 30-40 minutes away. The community is a very affordable place to live. Sales and property taxes are much lower than in a neighboring county where Cleveland is located.
EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE:
The group pays for Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx and pays the deductible, no co-pays so essentially 100% paid. Additionally have an HRA. Business Expense Account includes CME plus $10,000, use or get paid out; business auto $6,000 or elect to take the money in the paycheck – includes gas card, registration, insurance and oil change paid by the group. Society dues paid by group (ACR, Ohio and local Medical Society), lunches paid for at hospitals/facilities, Malpractice paid by the group, 401K and Cash Balance Plans with employer contribution, disability insurance, telecommunication reimbursement. 10 weeks’ vacation.
