FLORIDA CLIENT HIRING FULL-TIME ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON

Our Florida client is hiring a full-time Board Certified / Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a well established and growing Orthopaedic surgery practice.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS
* Physician-owned group that has been serving the community for 50+ years
* Four office locations with in- house x- ray, DME, etc. — anticipate 6- 7 clinics each week
* Dedicated block OR scheduling — anticipate 3-4 blocks each week
* Access to an Ambulatory Surgery Center for outpatient procedures
* Shared call responsibilities (no more than 1:4)
* Established referral network
* Marketing/ Physician Liaison to help introduce and promote new physician
* Offices within an hour of beautiful beaches, theme parks, cultural entertainment and rocket launches.

PRACTICE/GROUP DETAILS

This group provides full- service orthopaedic care and sports medicine for all types of orthopaedic injuries and conditions. Their team of fellowship trained orthopaedic physicians offer the latest non- surgical and surgical treatment options for the Central Florida community including total joint replacement, spine, hand and upper extremities, hip and knee, and sports medicine.

REQUIREMENTS AND POSITION DETAILS

This position will be dedicated to providing care for a general array of orthopaedic conditions and will entail considerable fracture work. General and Foot & Ankle candidates are encouraged to apply. Must have fellowship training – no DPM’s will be considered. You will be joining a robust team of 7 orthopedists, 1 physiatrist and 6 PA’s, along with an experienced support staff. Affiliated with several hospitals and two surgery centers all located in central, FL.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is a very competitive base salary with a nice sign on bonus. Partnership track after 1 year of employment. Real estate buy-in options. Full benefit package including 401k, Health, Dental, Malpractice, CME/Dues, Cell, Automobile, plus much more.
