Hiring Hospitalist / Nocturnist Physician in New York

Major Health System located in Northern New York is representing a hospital who is seeking a Board Certified | Board Eligible Hospitalist/Nocturnist to join the team. The inpatient volume is increasing, and we need more physicians to work nights. This is a hospital employed position with incredible earning potential and a block schedule.

Hours:

7 days on and 7 days off, Pre-Covid 3-5 patients in the evening, No Procedures required. Vent management in the ICU is required, Night Shift – One Nocturnist responsible for the entire house-but most patients are asleep. Usually 15-19 on the Nocturnist Service per night.

Compensation:

Hospital employed. Competitive guaranteed base salary commensurate with experience/training starting at 315K. Generous sign-on. Up to $15,000 in relocation. 120 hours of benefit time to include CME’s. Comprehensive benefits package, including 403(b) and 457(b). Paid malpractice.

The city is located in Northern New York. It is the cultural and educational hub of Northern New York. This community offers residents a dense suburban feel and many young professionals live in this city. The public schools are above average. Large University is in this community and International Airports are only 30 minutes away. Also, this community is located near Montreal Canada!
