TWO HOSPITALIST POSITION OPPORTUNITIES IN GEORGIA!

Position A:
Location:  Southwest GA.… in the Albany area. A fairly robust economy and the availability of services make this clean, quiet town quite livable. Low cost, economic incentives and a favorable location have made it a minor manufacturing center, with Procter & Gamble, Miller Brewing and Merck among blue-chip employers. Downtown is plain but has undergone some redevelopment on the Flint River waterfront, bringing some minor entertainment and cultural amenities.

Position: Hospitalist
Seeking Board Certified Internal Medicine Inpatient Specialists. 15 shifts per month; exceptional compensation and benefits.

Position B:
Location: Southwest, GA……in the Moultrie area.  Only 200 miles south of Atlanta and 60 miles northeast of Tallahassee, FL. in the Albany area. It is an agricultural community set in the Southern Rivers part of Georgia. It is well known for its antique shops and has been styled “The Antique Capital of South Georgia”. Truly a great community to raise a family.

Position: Hospitalist:
This is an entirely different ball game. It depends upon how much you want to work and when. It’s $130 per hour for first fifteen 12-hour shifts in a month. Then it goes to $180 per hour. Also, nocturnal shifts pay $180 per hour. You can make over $200K per year, and it varies based on how much you work and when.

The malpractice is covered. There is paid time off and CME paid time off which is very rare in shift-work specialties. They give a CME allowance, student loan assistance, a benefits package to choose from, and relocation. Telephone allowance + other perks. If you are a resident, they pay a generous monthly stipend until training is complete.
