Internist Available for a position with a “twist”

She is looking for an opportunity for Internal Medicine in AZ, CA, OR, or WA. The “catch” is she does not want a position for a Hospitalist, ER, or straight Clinic.  She wants to work a blend of ER, ICU and Out-patient with the hope of seeing approximately 20-25 patients per day.
She is willing to work in a more rural area, but needs to be within 30 minutes of metropolitan amenities.  She currently works very remotely to enjoy this blended work schedule, but is 3 hours away from a metropolitan area.  Now she wants more life choices.
She completed residency in 2018 and got her Board Certification in 2018.  Excellent CV.  No student debt.   Minimum salary $220,000 with 5 to 6 weeks vacation.
