This MD does ALL procedures – 50-70 per week on average

Holds an active FL & TX License. Would strongly consider NC, GA, SC, AL, AR & MS

Board Certified in EMG
Board Re-Certified in Pain Medicine
Board Certified in Addiction Medicine

Available: 90 days of giving notice

10 years post fellowship experience
