Prime location!  FL-based health system is expanding in Central Florida.  Multi-Specialty Group has a significant footprint with over 18+ locations.  Outpatient clinic (Monday-Friday), no weekends/evenings.  Established practice supporting a diverse multi-cultural patient panel.  Average 20-22 patients per day. Medicare Advantage a plus.  Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) required.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary ($200k-$220k, DOE)
• Production incentives (bonus up to 25% of base), paid quarterly

Family Nurse Practitioner or APRN / Outpatient / Central FL
Join a collaborative team. Multi-Specialty Group is expanding!  Group has a significant footprint in Greater Orlando with over 18+ clinic locations in Central Florida.  Support a diverse multi-cultural patient panel. Seeing patients of all ages, adolescents, adults,  geriatrics, including women’s health.  Outpatient clinic (M-F), no weekend, no evenings.  Primarily preventative, wellness exams and acute care, some minor procedures.  Bilingual (Spanish / English) required!

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience; no new grads!
• FL licensed, or eligible
• Board Certified

Compensation:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary ($100-$120k)
• Production bonus (potential up to 25% of base); paid quarterly
• Full benefit package – health, dental, vision, including 401k match, 3 weeks PTO
