Summary & Highlights:
Mix of 80% clinical / 20% administrative duties – you’ll lead by example
Oversee all clinical providers (MD’s and APP’s) while also seeking 18-22 patients/day
Key initiatives: Productivity redesign, culture overhaul, quality and coding improvements, new clinic development, and input into the design of a brand-new hospital.
What We’re Looking For:
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (BE considered if pending certification)
Minimum 3+years of leadership experience
Strong understanding of clinical operations, CPT/billing codes, and productivity metrics
Loves challenges, building systems, and leaving a legacy
Must be ready to mentor, coach, collaborate, and help rebuild the culture
Compensation & Perks:
Total comp over $500k for high producers
Retention Bonus: $60,000+ over 3 years
