GERIATRICIAN, FAMILY OR INTERNAL MEDICINE OPENING IN FL

Located in the Lake City/Live Oak, FL area: 1 hour from Tallahassee and 1.5 hours from Gainesville, FL

• 4 providers
• 750 residents
• 160 SNF
  

About the Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician role:

• 16 patients per day average
• 1 week of phone call per month
• Mostly seeing ages 55 and up
• 4 days in the clinic, 1 day in the SNF – skilled nursing facility
• ½ day for admin
• 10 exam rooms…dental, pharmacy, Podiatry, Audio, and mental health services on site.
  

Desired Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician Profile:

• Geriatrics experience/desire to work with 55 and up
• Leadership experience and desire to lead…Medical Director role as position oversees the clinic
• Someone engaged and present in the community
• Personable person
• Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician BE or BC
• Open to H1B and J1 visa sponsorship candidates
