HIRING PHYSICIANS IN MOUNT AIRY, NC

Option to work 4 day work weeks.  $100K sign-on bonus!

Great public, private, charter schools, and community colleges.  Affordable housing, new upscale condos downtown. Restaurants, breweries, wineries, hiking trail/Greenway.  New boutique Hilton hotel/conference center.  The Blue Ridge Mountains are less than 15 mins away.

SPECIALTIES NEEDED:

• Gastroenterology (2 positions avail) no advanced procedures / $400k base plus RVU incentive w/$250 per day for call
• Orthopedic Surgeon and Orthopedic PA (no robotics) Total Joint and will take trauma call.  / $550 base plus RVU incentive w/$500 per day for call
• General Surgeon (no robotics,  no ambulatory)  Call 1:3 / $530K base plus RVU incentives
• Pediatrician

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Rural hospital in existence for 65 years.  133 bed hospital w/22 beds in ER.  He has docs retiring after 40 years in GI and Ortho.  Comps are highly competitive, plus offer RVU productivity.  $100k sign-on bonus (disbursed $25K installments). $25K relocation.  Call $250 p/day.   CME (5 days/$6 K). PTO 30 days + 7 paid holidays = 42 days per year.  4-year contracts for physicians.
