OCTOBER LOCUM ASSIGNMENT AT PRIMARY CARE CLINIC IN FLORIDA

This primary care clinic is seeking a Board Certified | Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a locum assignment this October. Assignment requires to work every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in October around the Grayton Beach, FL. area and only 30 minutes from Destin! Additional shifts may be available going forward.

DETAILS

• October dates: 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22 27, 28, 29

• Hours: 8AM – 6PM

• Census: Mix of Primary Care with Walk-ins, approximately 10-22 patients per day between two providers.

• EMR implemented

• Candidates who are within commuting distance will strongly be considered!

• Candidates must have a current & unrestricted DEA & FL License, Clean Databank and No significant malpractice history.

• Hourly rate, mileage reimbursement and malpractice!!
