Locum Assignment for PMR or IM Physician in DC/Tri-State Area

Clinic located in DC/Tri-State Area is currently hiring a PMR or IM Physician for an extended locum assignment. This is an outpatient rehabilitation clinic that is seeking a BC/BE PMR/Physiatrist or IM Physician with Rehabilitation experience to provide 20 hours of coverage per week. Beloved physician passed away unexpectedly and they are need of someone who can fill in quickly. Position will start as locums however there is an opportunity to stay on as a permanent provider should it be a good fit. Practice is located in Maryland, approximately 30 min from Alexandria, VA and Washington D. C.

Details
20 hours per week of locums coverage for the next 60-90 days
Option to extend or convert to perm employment
Busy case load of 3-5 patients per hour
Average of 20 min per evaluation dependent on case
Duties include Follow-ups, EMG, & Trigger Point Injections
Active Maryland License or ability to obtain one quickly
Competitive hourly rate
Malpractice insurance, travel, & lodging provided
