Locum Job in Maryland – Pediatrician

Hiring locum Pediatrician available to work in Maryland – this position could become locum-to-perm if physician is available and/or interested. Full-time staff of 8 who are very well experienced, most having at least 10 years exp., will assist this physician. They do strep testing and just about everything else.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: The practice is located in Maryland and in a suburb of Washington, D.C. (candidates must be within commuting distance)
• Flexible on starting date, but sooner the better
• Outpatient Only
• Office hours:               
  • Monday – Thursday – 7:30am – 5:00pm (closed 1 hr. for lunch)
  • Friday – 7:30am – Noon
• Paper Charts are available, however they do have EMR implemented
• Has prescription stamps and utilize E-prescribe
• Census:
  • 20-25 patients/pd
  • 7:30-8:30 are walk-ins
  • 8:30-5:00 are appointments

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be BC/BE
• Have a current MD License
• Clean Databank
• No current significant malpractice history
