• Made up of over 80 providers

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$276,000 base salary, guaranteed for 2 years. Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA. Production incentives. wRVUs with a set target. Signing bonus. Relocation allowance ($10,000). Malpractice insurance. Health insurance. Dental insurance. Vision insurance. Life insurance. Disability insurance. 401k Match. CME Allowance ($5,000/yr). Includes license/dues/subscriptions. No vacation, PTO, sick leave or holiday time.
Physicians take time off at their discretion; which will increase or decrease wRVUs, allowing our providers to be highly motivated.

LOCATION & COMMUNITY

The region is also closely identified with southwestern Virginia and southeastern Kentucky, with close proximity to northwestern North Carolina and East Tennessee.
