Orthopedic Physician Opportunity in Florida!

PRACTICE DETAILS

This 50+ year well established practice is seeking a full-time Foot & Ankle Orthopedist with interest in fracture repairs and/or a General Orthopedist with interest in trauma and/or interest in foot and ankle to join a rapidly growing large practice. New grads and experienced are encouraged to apply. Join a robust team of 9 physicians and 6 PA’s, along with an experienced support staff. Physicians are provided with a PA to help cover calls and can take floor calls. It all depends on what the physician prefers. Integrated EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

This group provides full-service orthopaedic care and sports medicine for all types of orthopaedic injuries and conditions. Their team of fellowship-trained orthopaedic physicians offer the latest non-surgical and surgical treatment options in the Florida community including total joint replacement, spine, hand and upper extremities, hip and knee, and sports medicine.

LOCATION/COMMUNITY

The have 4 different offices and the new physician would cover two hospitals. The offices are located in central Florida within an hour of beautiful beaches, theme parks, cultural entertainment, and art. The area is surrounded by intriguing history, one-of-a-kind boutiques, local eateries and enough outdoor activities for everyone!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPENSATION

Call responsibilities would be no more than 1:4. Employed position with first year salary guarantee. After 1st year, partnership track offered, buy-in various real estate options, lots of perks, full benefit package including 401k, health, dental, malpractice, plus so much more. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player and is looking to join a collegial group who believes in having a work & family balance. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (must pass board exam), preferably have a current or pending FL License, Clean databank and no current or significant malpractice history.
