Experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Relocating to South East Coast ASAP

I am an Orthopedic spine surgeon practicing with the same employer for the past 11 years when I relocated to the area. Prior to that I was in solo practice in Virginia for 8 years.  My wife and I are looking to live further south along the coast as I have a daughter in Virginia, a son in South Carolina and a son and soon to be daughter-in-law that are trying to match in Florida.

The healthcare environment in my state is very unstable and I am looking for a change now before we are all forced to look for a change (meaning practicing in another state).

My license is unrestricted.  I have never lost privileges at a hospital

I am looking for coastal positions in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina. Ideal practice would be a financially stable group or hospital.  Autonomous practice.  User friendly EHR.

Would prefer primarily spinal surgery, but have no problem doing upper and lower extremity trauma

I have had one malpractice settlement that occurred 6 months after moving here in 2008.  I have no pending issues.
