Pediatricians needed 1 hour from Los Angeles, CA. Sign on Bonus!

New graduates are welcome to apply. Client is offering a $60k sign on bonus for a 3 year committment and up to 5k per month in loan repayment for US trained physicians.

Our client is a well-established pediatric group who is seeking two Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join the practice on a full-time basis.

Practice has been established since 1999 and is staffed with 3 Pediatricians, 2 NP’s and serves two office locations. They are located in the heart of the high desert region at the northern border of Los Angeles County, just a little over an hour from downtown Los Angeles…physician can live in Valencia, which is just a short 30 minute commute. Families are finding this community to be their ideal home with its warm climate, clear skies, affordable housing, freedom from traffic jams, good schools and many recreational opportunities for everyone in the family.

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Avg. census; 20-25 patients per day. 7 hours is the maxiumin they schedule patients, leaving an extra hour to catch up if need be.
EMR: Implemented

Not a high census of hospital patients. Position includes 6 calls per month, round on newborns, and round on pediatric patients, which averages 1-2 newborn per day. Very rarely is admission required.

This is an Employed position that is offering a base of over $200K+, in addition to numerous benefits including malpractice, health, dental, fees, CME, vacation, plus much more!

Requirements: Must have CA license, B/E or B/C, Clean databank and No significant Malpractice history.
