Plastic Surgeon needed for  Multi-Specialty Group Practice

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most lucrative, bariatric-focused, surgical practices in the country. Seeking a Plastic Surgeon with experience in body contouring after weight loss amongst other surgical/cosmetic procedures. Offices are currently located in Manhattan, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut and New Jersey. A competitive salary with a bonus incentive and partnership opportunity is provided. A full support structure is built into the practice with physician assistants, nutritionists, psychologist, cardiologists, etc. The group provides extensive marketing and physician outreach to get your practice up and running quickly.

Board Certified or Eligible Plastic Surgeons required.
Competitive salary  with bonus and partnership track
(Base will start around ~300-325k and increase every year for first three year. After 3 years there is an opportunity to become a partner in the practice without any buy in)
Client will pay for medical malpractice (occurrence based) and offer bonus tiers based on net receivables.
There is also an opportunity to get equity in the management company after Year 1.
They also have a backlog of cases so the surgeon can get busy fairly quickly!
