Competency in Following Skills/Procedures:

• Interventional Pain Injections: Fluoroscopic-guided Interlaminar/Transforaminal Epidural Injections

• Medial Branch Blocks

• Facet Joint Injections

• Radiofrequency Ablations

• Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials, and Discograms

• Racz Procedure

• Kyphoplasty

• Diagnostic EMG/NCS for cervical/lumbar radiculopathy, carpal tunnel, ulnar neuropathy and peripheral neuropathy

• Ultrasound-guided injections for peripheral joints (hip, knee, shoulder, etc.) as well as nerve blocks

• Botox injection for migraine/spasticity

• Management of patients with musculoskeletal, TBI and spinal cord injuries

• Prosthetic and orthotic prescription

• Inpatient Rehab Consultation
