South FL group seeking ARNP with ICU experience

Location: West Palm Beach, FL area

Client is hiring 2 Full time ARNPs with 2 years minimum NP ICU experience

This is an independent contractor position only. Malpractice is provided, but no benefits.

The hourly rate is $65/hr.

The client does a productivity bonus on quarterly basis and there are options to get the rate higher depending on goals met. The higher rate would be $70/hr or $75/hr.

They have two shifts, day 7am-7pm and swing 12pm-12am.
Providers will have to take shifts from both coverage shifts.
