URGENT CARE LOCUM SHIFTS IN GRAYTON BEACH, FL AREA

We invite a Physician with urgent care experience seeking available to work on a moonlighting basis in FL

This primary care/urgent care clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Physician with urgent care experience to work on a moonlighting basis.

Practice is located around the Grayton Beach / Santa Rosa Beach, FL. area and only 30 minutes from Destin! The Physician MUST be able to treat all ages, be a team player and get along well with others! EMR implemented.

Immediate need is for upcoming coverage in 2022:

• Hours: 8AM-6PM – Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8AM-3PM – Saturday & Sunday

Additional shifts available:

• March 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 15, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30
  • March 28 is a priority

Census:

• Mix of Primary Care with Walk-ins, approximately 15-25 patients per day between two providers

Requirements:

• Current & unrestricted DEA
• Active FL License
• Clean Databank
• No significant malpractice history

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate
• Housing (if applicable)
• Mileage reimbursement
• Malpractice
